William Eggleston fabricated my father's unsolved murder with two different claims of where he was murdered.
William Eggleston is making millions of dollars all over the world fabricating my father's life and unsolved murder.
Photographer William Eggleston is profiting off of my father, U.S. Navy Veteran Dentist Dr. Tom Boring's, life, service in the military and unsolved murder for money. He is profiting off of his unsolved murder with lies that William sells with photos of Tom and his home. Some of those photos are of Tom in the nude.
William has claimed two different claims about where my father was murdered with two photos he took of my father and his home located at 508 Macarthur Street in Greenwood Mississippi.
He's making these claims in his films, Portrait Exhibitions and in a magazine essay called Perfectly Boring. I'm going to go over in this blog with you about how this is so. I plan on using these findings in court because I am civilly suing William Eggleston for Libel.
I plan on representing myself Pro se litigant for the time being. That is until I'm able to afford an attorney. Which at this time unfortunately I'm not able to afford one. That's why I'm filing my cases Pro se litigant.
The first case I'll be filing Libel Pro se litigant against William Eggleston is in Little Rock, Arkansas. I'm civily suing Oxford American Magazine for Libel over an essay they published called Perfectly Boring
I'm tolling the statue of limitations with my liable suit with the Son of Sam Law. The Son of Sam Law is designed to take money criminals and ex-cons earn from expressive works about their crimes and gives it to their victims or their victims family members. Supporters of the laws say they help crime victims and prevent criminals from profiting from their misdeeds. Opponents counter that laws infringe on fundamental First Amendment principles.
William Eggleston is caught in a big lie in regards to my father's unsolved murder. This lie is huge! It's so huge I seriously doubt he's going to win any of his court cases because he's making money off of it all over the world. He is making millions of dollars off of my father's unsolved murder with lies that he sells with photos of my father and his home all over the world.
There are discrepancies with William Eggleston's claims as to where my father was murdered. In the essay Perfectly Boring William claims that the photograph he took of my father standing in the nude called (Untitled) T.C. Boring 1972 was taken at my father's home at 508 Macarthur Street sometime before 1971.
Perfectly Boring doesn't name the photograph that they're talking about with my father standing in nude in his Red Room/ Red Bedroom which is his bedroom that was located at 508 Macarthur Street in Greenwood, Mississippi. That photograph is called (Untitled) T.C. Boring 1972. Below here is the photograph I'm talking about.
This Photograph was also spoken about and shown in a documentary by BBC in London England called Imagine | The Colorful Mr Eggleston
But William's claim in London is contradicting to his claim in Perfectly Boring in regards to where his photograph of my father standing in the nude in his Red Bedroom was taken. William claims this in London with his photograph called (Untitled) T.C. Boring 1972.
Below here is a video where William claims how my father was murdered with an Axe to his head and then right after that you are shown a photograph of my father standing in the nude called (Untitled) T.C. Boring 1972.
It is below here on my Instagram account William can be seen in a short clip from his documentary Imagine | The Colorful Mr Eggleston claiming my father was murdered with an axe to his head and then you quickly see a photo of my father standing in the nude that William took called (Untitled) T.C. Boring 1972.
You also hear William Eggleston make the false claims as to where and how my father was murdered in his mini curators tour for his Portraits exhibition that was held in London in 2016.
Below here is a You Tube video with Curator Phillip Prodger stating a false claim about my father's unsolved murder with William's photograph of him standing in the nude called (Untitled) T.C. Boring 1972.
Then below here is my YouTube video that I created from a short video clip I took from Curator Phillip Prodgers mini curators tour of William Eggleston's Portraits exhibition.
As you can see in the video above here Curator Phillip Prodger makes the claim at the National Portrait gallery in London around August 5, 2016 that my father, Dr. T.C. Boring, was murdered where William Eggleston took his photograph of my father standing in the nude in his Red Bedroom called (Untitled) T.C. Boring 1972.
And below here are screenshots of Curator Phillip Prodger stating my father died where the photograph (Untitled) T.C. Boring 1972 was taken supposedly at 103 Virginia Street where my father was murdered! But remember now this claim is different from William's claim in Perfectly Boring.
I will be presenting this evidence to the court when I file my libel civil lawsuits against William Eggleston and the Perfectly Boring essay by Oxford American Magazine.
As you can see William Eggleston has made two different claims as to where my father was murdered. I will not stand for any person and I don't care who you are slandering and fabricating my father's life and unsolved murder for money.
He is not alive to speak up for himself so I'm going to be his voice for him. It hurts me greatly and deeply when I have to be reminded every day that there are people in this world that are making millions of dollars off fabricating my father's life, service in the military and unsolved murder, but being able to write down these horrific terrible events that my father went through helps me with the grieving process.
No person should be allowed to fabricate another person's murder or unsolved murder for money. That's what the Son of Sam Law is for. To stop people from profiting off of slandering and fabricating someone's murder for profit and that's why I'm using it when I civily sue William Eggleston for Libel and any other person that feels the need to fabricate and slander my father's life, service in the military and unsolved murder for money.
