I am a Florida resident and I have a False Arrest for Stalking in Elizabethtown Pennsylvania.
My Civil Rights were violated by the Elizabethtown Pennsylvania Police Department.
My name is Jane Flowers and I have a false arrest for stalking with the Elizabethtown Pennsylvania Police Department. I was arrested on the false charge of stalking December 11, 2020 at the main FBI building in Miramar Florida when I went there to talk to them about an embezzlement case I have with my trust fund in Greenwood Mississippi.
When the Miramar police came to the main FBI building and arrested me on the false charge of stalking I was unaware and taken back in surprise that I even had a warrant for my arrest for stalking from another state. I came back to the FBI in February of 2021 and told an FBI agent about what happened with my false charge of Stalking once I returned back to Florida on probation after being extradited to Pennsylvania. Unfortunately the FBI turned me away.
In the beginning in December of 2020 and in January of 2021 I did not know who put this false charge of stalking on me until I arrived to Pennsylvania at the Lancaster County Prison on extradition and I got to look at my probable cause affidavit to my case.
Even the FBI were curious as to who had me arrested me on a False Charge of Stalking. The FBI agent told me that I should come back after my arrest and explain to them what happened with this charge of stalking.
After I was arrested in Miramar Florida I was taken to the main jail in downtown Fort Lauderdale Florida. I spent 29 days incarcerated in Florida before I was extradited to Pennsylvania. I was extradited 24 hours before the 30-day mark when Pennsylvania's time would have expired to come pick me up. Pennsylvania waited the longest they could wait to come pick me up to make sure I spent almost 30 days in jail for a false charge of stalking.
Once I arrived to Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania at the Elizabethtown Pennsylvania Police Department I overheard the two officers that were recieving me from my extradition agent ask her if I had caused her any trouble that they should know about. Seems to be they love to know about trouble that they think I cause. The extradition agent responded by telling them, “No, she didn't cause me any trouble.” and then she released me over to two Elizabethtown Pennsylvania Police Officers.
I was later admitted that same night when I arrived in Elizabethtown Pennsylvania to the Lancaster County Prison
The Lancaster County Prison has a history of severe colonial Justice with executing prisoners. I had no idea this prison I was incarcerated in had such a well known history of murdering its prisoners by hanging them until I read this article on this link called Hang'em High! I was already scared for my life when I was being extradited to Pennsylvania because I have a death threat from an individual from Pennsylvania. Once I arrived at the Lancaster County Prison I retaining a criminal defense attorney to fight my charge of Stalking and I received a $75,000.00 dollar bond for a false charge of Stalking.
My bond was so high I couldn't bond out of jail!
My Attorney got my stalking charge dropped, but the DA's office decided to charge me with two new charges of harassment which I agreed to a guilty charge on both charges in court and then I was sent home on probation.
Once I got back to Florida I contacted the Elizabethtown Pennsylvania police Department and spoke to my arresting Detective, with my case, Dustin Ryan. I called him and explained to him that Amber Nightingale had lied to the police in my probable cause affidavit when she said she never met me or knew me.
I explained to him that she did know me and that we were friends on Facebook. That she met me around May the 23rd 2017 almost two months after she went to the police in Elizabethtown Pennsylvania on April 1st 2017 and told Officer Lyons that she was scared that I was stalking her and she wanted to start an investigation with the police and have a Detective investigate me for stalking her.
I told Detective Ryan that I still have a message on messenger from May 23, 2017 that shows that I was friends with her and that she knew me when she said she never knew me and never met me in my probable cause affidated.
Detective Ryan said that just because she was friends with me on Facebook and spoke to me on messenger that doesn't mean that she ever knew me or got to know me. He went on to say that he also stands by her claim as true and factual that she never knew me and met me.

Amber Nightingale is a Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner and a Registered Karuna Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner and is a graduate of ‘The Anastasi System of Psychic Development.’
She holds two degrees, one in art and design from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and the other in photography from Harrisburg Area Community College.
She has self published three books. I purchased one of her books through a link she sent me on messenger. Mind you this woman said she didn't know who I was and she had never met me before, but yet I bought her book through a link on messenger that she sent me, but this did not matter to my arresting Detective Ryan.
What I would like to know is if Detective Ryan or Officer Lyons personally know Amber Nightingale and if they personally know her then how long have they known her. I'd like to know just how well they know her.
Amber went to the police April 1st 2017 and told them she was scared I was stalking her and then almost two months later she befriends me on Facebook and strikes up a conversation with the me on Facebook messenger and sent me a link to buy her book “Brave Soul”.
It looks like to me and I'm sure it looks like to you that Amber Nightingale was the one that was stalking me. She stalked me with the help of the Elizabethtown Pennsylvania Police Department. She lied multiple times in my probable cause affidavit of my stalking charge.

Amber Nightingale went to officer Michael Lyons on April 1st, 2017 and started a stalking investigation case on me with the Elizabethtown Pennsylvania police that went on for 4 years until I was arrested December 11th, 2020 picked up on a warrant that was executed in March of 2020 during the coronavirus pandemic.
Amber stated on number two of my probable cause affidated that she published her book, ( I bought called Brave Soul), in April of 2017 and a woman named Brenda Paixao began messaging her on social media and posting reviews about her book regarding Amber Nightingale assaulting her in may of 2017 and has continued so since.
Well she lied big time on that one. I didn't contact her till May 23rd 2017 and I didn't get her book until June 2017 after I ordered it. Let's not forget Amber said she never met me and she didn't know who I was.
Well how is it then that I have a screenshot of her Facebook page saying that she accepted my friend request if she never met me and didn't know who I was.
How am I able to buy her book through a link she sent me on Facebook book messenger on May 23, 2017, but she claimed I gave her reviews about her book in May of 2017 when I receive her book not until June of 2017.
I can pull up my Amazon records and show when her book was delivered to my home if it needs to be shown and I will do that in court because I am going to sue her civily and the Elizabethtown Pennsylvania Police Department civily and have Federal Prosecutors bring up criminal charges on the individuals involved with my false charge of stalking I have.
I'm also going to petition the courts in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for a protection order against Amber Nightingale, Officer Michael Lyons, Detective Dustin Ryan and Chief Cunningham.
I'm in fear for my life. These people could have me extradited back to Pennsylvania on more false charges because if they can put false charges on me one time and get away with it then who is to say they can't get away with it again.
I asked Chief of Police Cunningham to investigate Detective Ryan and Officer Lyons for putting the false charge of stalking on me.
I faxed on February 22nd, 2021 to Chief of Police Cunningham a four Page letter detailing information that Amber Nightingale had not given them when she started her Stalking investigation of me on April 1, 2017.
The information I gave him was information about the fact that Amber Nightingale and I were friends on Facebook and that she lied to the police when she said in my probable cause affidated she never met me and also when she stated that I said she assaulted me.
Chief Cunningham stated to me verbally over the phone after I sent him the fax that he would look into my claim I was arrested by his Detective Ryan on a false charge of stalking and get back to me about his findings.
He never got back to even after I left multiple voicemails for him at the Elizabethtown Pennsylvania Police Department asking him to please get back to me because he originally said he would and he didn't in the end and still he hasn't gotten back to me, but that's okay because I'm going to petition the Lancaster County Court in Pennsylvania civilly for my civil rights being violated.
He doesn't have to get back to me because I already have plans to subpoena him and the other officers involved with my false arrests for stalking for their statements regarding my case. Especially since I'll be representing myself Pro se litigant with my civil rights case I have in Pennsylvania that I'll be starting ASAP.
I never commented anywhere on social media or on a book review for Amber's book “Brave Soul” that I said she assaulted me! This is a Fact!

No where in this book review does it say that I said she assault me because I never stated this anywhere ever on social media, my website or to anyone verbally.
My civil rights were violated by the Elizabethtown Pennsylvania police department and I plan on documenting my efforts for justice in the Civil probate courts in Harrisburg Pennsylvania when I file my civil rights lawsuit against the city of Elizabethtown Pennsylvania, the Elizabethtown Pennsylvania Police Department and Amber Nightingale.
I will be petitioning the court Pro se litigant for my civil rights case. I'll also be contacting newspapers and journalists that want to write a story about my struggle for justice.
I also plan on writing a book about my false arrest for stalking, but it won't be published until 2022.

Hi, I know this is an old article and you have probably already realized this, but the affidavit is actually stating that her book was published in April 2017, the alleged stalking began in May 2017 and it shows the complaint of stalking was made in December 2019 (#1 on the affidavit).To avoid confusion they probably should have worded it as something like, "Amber Nightingale published her first book in April 2017. She reports that shortly after, in May 2017, a woman named Brenda began messaging her on social media and posting reviews about her books (regarding Amber Nightingale assaulting her) and that Brenda has continued to do so since." Also, #3 of the affidavit states she had "never met you and didn't know what you were talking about". It doesn't say she didn't know "of" you, or who you are (not sure if that is stated elsewhere), just that she never met you. She's implying that she never met you in person. If you only messaged each other then that particular statement would be true. Looks like she's basically saying that she doesn't know what you were talking about as far as the assault claim cause she never met you in person and therefore could not have assaulted you. The affidavit just appears to have worded stuff in a confusing way, at least as far as the dates are concerned.
